Receipts & Payments

Where to find a receipt for a course you paid for, and who to ask about a refund.

Download a receipt yourself

If you paid for a course, you can generate a receipt whenever you need one — you don't have to find an old email or ask anyone.

  1. Sign in at lecturepanda.com with the email address you registered under.
  2. Open My Learning History and click the course.
  3. Scroll to Payment Information and click Download Receipt.

learner_receipt

A PDF downloads, showing what you paid, when, and for which course, with your provider's details on it. Generate it as many times as you need — for an expense claim, for reimbursement, for your records.

This needs an account

Receipts are tied to your verified email address, which is how the system knows the payment was yours. If you don't have an account yet, setting one up takes a couple of minutes and uses the same email you registered with.

The receipt in your registration email

Many providers also attach a receipt to the confirmation email you got when you registered. If yours did, that's the quickest copy to find — search your inbox for the course name.

Not every provider turns this on, so if there's nothing attached to your email, use the download above instead. Both produce the same receipt.

What the Payment Information section shows

Alongside the download button, the course page in your Learning History lists:

  • Amount Paid
  • Pricing Level — which rate you were charged at, such as a member or early-bird price
  • Add Ons Purchased — any extras you bought alongside the registration

If a course was free, or you registered with a code that covered the cost, there's no payment section and no receipt — there was no transaction to receipt.

I was charged the wrong amount

Pricing is set entirely by the organization running the course — member rates, early-bird windows, group discounts and any codes you were given. LecturePanda processes the payment but doesn't set the price.

So a question about what you were charged, a discount that didn't apply, or a code that didn't work goes to your course provider. They can see your registration and what rate it was charged at.

Refunds

Refunds are your course provider's decision and their process — they hold the payment relationship with you. Contact them directly with your name, the course, and the date you registered.
