Getting Help

Almost every question about a course goes to the organization that offered it. A small number go to LecturePanda. Here's how to tell them apart.

Who to ask

Your questionWho to ask
Anything about the course content, videos, quizzes or creditsYour course provider
You need another quiz attemptYour course provider
You need your access link resent, or your email address changedYour course provider
Your certificate is missing, or has the wrong name or dateYour course provider
A question about what you were charged, or a refundYour course provider
Your credit hasn't reached CPE Monitor or CE BrokerYour course provider
You can't sign in to lecturepanda.comLecturePanda
You never got the verification email for your accountLecturePanda

The pattern: your course belongs to the organization that offered it, and they can see everything about your registration — your progress, your attempts, your emails. Your lecturepanda.com account is the only piece that's ours.

Contacting your course provider

Many courses have a ? help button on the course page. It walks you through a couple of questions and then sends a message — along with which course and which step you were on — straight to whoever runs the course. If you see it, it's the fastest route, because it arrives with the context already attached.

If there's no help button on your course, use the contact details on the confirmation email you received when you registered, or on the organization's own website.

What to include

Whoever you're contacting, these four things save a round trip:

  1. The email address you registered with — this is how they find you, and it's the single most useful thing you can give them
  2. The course name
  3. Where you're stuck — which step, which video, which quiz
  4. A screenshot of what you're seeing, including any error message

If there's an error message, quote it exactly rather than describing it. The precise wording usually identifies the cause on sight.

Contacting LecturePanda

For account problems — signing in at lecturepanda.com, or a verification email that never arrived — see Contact Support.

Please don't send us course questions. We can't see inside an organization's courses or change anything about your registration, so the best we can do is point you back to your provider, which costs you a day.
