Most questions have a faster answer than an email. Here's where to look first, and how to reach us when you need to.
Try these first
- A learner is stuck — the Common Learner Issues list covers the large majority of learner escalations, and every fix on it is one you can make yourself.
- A learner can't claim credit or get a certificate — see Claiming Credit and Certificate Issues.
- Reporting to an accreditor — see Accreditation & Reporting for ACPE, CPE Monitor, and CE Broker.
- A billing question — what LecturePanda charges you is How Billing Works; what your learners pay you is Registration Payments & Receipts.
- Search the help center. The search box at the top of this site covers every page.
Things you can do yourself
These come up often enough to be worth naming — none of them need us:
- Buy more participants — Organization Settings → Invoices, where you can order and pay by card
- Add or remove admin users — Admin Access & Permissions, with no user limit and no billing impact
- Remove a participant from a course — the Registrants list, see Managing Registrations
- Give a learner another quiz attempt — raise the attempt limit on the quiz, see Claiming Credit
Get in touch
- Set up an accreditor connection — if you report to ACPE, email us to activate the CPE Monitor interface for your account. For other accreditors, see Accreditation & Reporting.
- Any other question — contact us through our website.
What to include
You'll get a faster answer if your first message has:
- The course link or name
- The learner's email address, if it's about one person
- A screenshot of what they're seeing, including the full browser address bar — for access problems, the exact URL and error text usually identify the cause immediately
- Whether it affects one learner or many, which is often the difference between a configuration issue and something on our side
