Custom Accreditation
For providers accredited by a body that doesn't offer a data feed — your accreditation statement, seal, and credit label carried through everything learners see.
Plenty of accrediting bodies don't publish an API to report into. Custom Accreditation is how those programs still look and behave like accredited programs everywhere it matters to a learner or an auditor: the statement appears on your announcements, your seal sits beside it, and each credit is labelled with the accreditation it belongs to.
Setting it up
Go to Organization Settings → Accreditations and add an accreditation of type Custom Accreditation.

Then attach it to a credit the same way as any other accreditation, in the credit's Accreditation & Reporting field.
Reporting your completions
Your completion records are already being kept — every claim, with the learner, the credit, the hours, and the date. Export them from Reports & History for the period your accreditor asks about, and file them in whatever form they want.
The Question Fingerprint Report is worth knowing about for the same reason: it aggregates evaluation responses to identical questions across your whole catalog and prints to a clean document, which is usually what a reaccreditation submission is asking for.
If your accreditor does have a feed
Several of the connections in this section started as a customer asking for them. If your accrediting body offers an interface for reporting completions, tell us about it — it's the most useful thing you can send us.
More than one accreditation on a course
A course can carry several accreditations at once, and a credit can carry more than one. A program accredited by two bodies, or one that reports to an accreditor and issues a digital badge, is a single build — each learner claims once, and everything attached to that credit follows.
