April 22, 2026 - MC Trade Integration is Now Available! 🔗🤝

We're excited to announce that MC Trade (formerly MemberClicks Atlas / WebLink) is now available as an integration option! If your association runs on MC Trade, you can connect it to LecturePanda to verify member status during registration and report CE credits back to MC Trade automatically when learners complete courses.

With this integration, you can now:

• Verify membership during registration: LecturePanda looks up registrants in MC Trade by email and checks their membership status so that member-only pricing and registration types are gated automatically.
• Support both organizational and individual memberships: Choose the organizational model (the default) to qualify learners based on their primary organization's membership — perfect for trade associations where companies are the dues-paying members — or the individual model to check each learner's own membership record directly.
• Report CE credits automatically: When a learner completes a course, LecturePanda can post a Certification Activity back to their MC Trade profile so their credits show up in MC Trade without any manual data entry. Pick a default Certification Type on the connection, and override it on individual credits when a particular course should report to a different type.
• Map member types to registration types: Use the regtype mapping to match MC Trade membership levels to your LecturePanda registration types, so the right price and access rules apply to the right members.

How To Set It Up

You'll need a tenant identifier, OAuth client ID, and client secret from MC Trade support. Once you have those, head to Account → MC Trade (right alongside the existing Neon, MemberClicks, and GrowthZone options) and fill in the connection details. From there you can configure the membership model, active status values, membership levels, field mappings used when auto-creating profiles for new learners, and — if you want automatic credit reporting — which Certification Type to post activities against.

From a learner's perspective, nothing changes: they enter their email at registration and the system silently verifies their status behind the scenes, just like it does with our other AMS integrations.
