September 9, 2026 - Link Your Existing Webinars 🎥

Attaching a Zoom or GoTo webinar to a lecture no longer happens as a side effect of saving. The Details tab now has a Webinar panel with two explicit choices:

• Link a webinar: Pick a webinar you have already scheduled in your connected service — from a list of your upcoming ones, or by ID. This is the one many of you asked for: the webinar can now be created on the Zoom or GoTo side first. LecturePanda never changes a linked webinar; it just registers participants into it.
• Create in your service: Have LecturePanda create the webinar from the lecture's saved title and dates, as before. A webinar created this way is kept in step when you change the dates — and if an update can't reach the service, the lecture still saves, the panel tells you, and a Sync now button retries.

The panel shows the linked webinar's name, ID and host start link, and Unlink detaches it without touching the webinar itself. The old Create Webinar In External Service checkbox is gone; existing webinars carry over exactly as they were.

• Add Lecture is a quick dialog: Click Add Lecture and a small form asks only for the essentials — title, setting, registration types, dates and time zone — then drops you straight into the new lecture. Everything else waits on its Details tab, as it always did.
