February 23, 2026 - Saved Payment Methods! 💳🔒

You can now securely save credit and debit cards to your account for faster order payments! No more re-entering card details every time you place an order. Your card information is stored securely through Stripe, so it never touches our servers.

Managing Your Saved Cards

A new Payment Methods section is now available in your Organization Settings sidebar. From here you can:

• Add New Cards: Click "Add New Card" to securely save a credit or debit card to your account.
• Set a Default: Mark any card as your default payment method so it's automatically selected when paying for orders.
• Remove Cards: Easily remove cards you no longer want on file.

Paying Orders With a Saved Card

When paying for an order, your saved cards will appear as payment options. Simply select the card you'd like to use and submit your payment — no need to type in your card number again.

If you'd prefer to use a new card, just select the "Use a new card" option. You'll also see a new "Save this card for future purchases" checkbox so you can add the card to your saved methods right from the payment form.

You'll need the ORG ADMIN, ACCOUNT SETTINGS, or ORDERS permissions to access Payment Methods and pay for orders.
