February 7, 2022 - Self Service Participant Bank Orders!

It's easier than ever to replenish your Participant Bank because now you can place and pay for orders directly through your account settings!

Here's how it works (you'll need to have the ORG ADMIN, ACCOUNT SETTINGS, or ORDERS permissions to see the below):

  1. First, click the "Order More Participants" button that appears in your account settings:

  2. Next, fill in how many participants you need, when the order should begin, and your intended payment method. You can also optionally include a PO number if you need to include it on the invoice:

  3. After the order is submitted, you will receive an email with the invoice attached. If submitting payment via check or EFT please process payment accordingly.

  4. If paying via credit card, you will be redirected to complete payment:

And, of course, if you still would like to use the old method you can continue to send us an email to order more participants.
