Set up the connection once under Organization Settings, and every registration checks MC Trade on its own.

Yes, LecturePanda integrates with MemberClicks Trade for membership checking and member pricing at registration. A learner registers with the email on their MemberClicks Trade (MC Trade) profile. LecturePanda checks their membership, directly or through their member company, prices the course, and reports their CEUs to MC Trade when they claim credit. The connection is set up once, and every registration checks MC Trade on its own.
An administrator adds the MC Trade connection under Organization Settings › Membership Checking in LecturePanda, using details from your MC Trade account. Each course then uses it through its pricing rules, so members get the member rate, and the same connection can make a course members-only through the Membership rule under Registration › Security.
No. MC Trade members register with the email on their MC Trade record, and LecturePanda checks their membership by that email. A free LecturePanda account stays optional for anyone who wants every course and certificate in one place.
LecturePanda reads each member's type from MC Trade at registration, and a pricing rule with Apply Price to Members charges the member rate. Leave the rule's Membership Types blank to cover every member, or pick types for a student or retired rate. Rules stack with early bird dates and discount codes, and the first match sets the price. The membership guide walks through it.
Yes. Non-members register for LecturePanda courses at your standard price, set by an unfiltered pricing rule at the bottom of the list, below the member rates. The Join Link on the MC Trade connection shows non-members a Join Us link during registration, pointing them to your membership page, so every course doubles as an invitation to join.
Any processor connected to LecturePanda works alongside MC Trade: Stripe, Square, PayPal, AffiniPay, Authorize.Net, Elavon, TouchNet, BluePay or Payscape. MC Trade confirms who is a member, the pricing rule sets the price, and the processor collects the fee straight into your own merchant account, with no percentage taken by LecturePanda.
LecturePanda records every completion, CE credit and certificate in its reports and in each learner's Learning History, where certificates stay downloadable. Credits can report to CE Broker, CPE Monitor, ACCME PARS or a scheduled spreadsheet, and the Zapier Course Completed trigger can carry completions on to other systems.
Yes. The MC Trade connection in LecturePanda has a setting, Other Organizations Allowed to Check Here For Membership Status, that shares it with partner organizations on LecturePanda. Their courses can then give your members the member rate, for joint programs or chapter events, while the connection stays under your account.
Yes. With Automatically report credit hours to MC Trade on, LecturePanda records each credit a learner claims as a CEU activity on their MC Trade profile, under the CEU credit type and activity source set on the connection or on the credit itself. Members and non-members are both reported, so every learner's CEUs land in MC Trade without re-keying.
Yes. When a learner has no MC Trade profile, LecturePanda creates an individual profile, matched by email, from their registration, so their CEUs post when they claim credit. Profile Field Mappings choose which registration fields fill which MC Trade profile fields, your MC Trade custom fields included.
Yes. With the Organizational membership model, LecturePanda finds the learner's MC Trade profile by email, follows it to their primary organization and gives the member price when that organization is an active member. Choose the Individual model instead when people hold memberships themselves, and list the statuses that count as active.
