Your ACPE provider ID and CPE Monitor credentials; we activate the interface with you.
Title, hours, release and expiration dates and every live date come down from CPE Monitor.
e-Profile ID and birth date are checked against ACPE in the form.
The credit goes to NABP and shows on their profile within 24 hours.
Completion history shows the e-Profile ID, UAN, date and what was sent.
Each pharmacist's NABP e-Profile ID and date of birth are checked with ACPE as they register, so a mismatch is fixed on the form instead of bouncing at CPE Monitor weeks later.

Our deadline for submitting our CE accreditation audit was yesterday. You have no idea how many times I have said a quick prayer of thanks for LecturePanda while working on it. I can’t imagine having to complete the assessment without it! It would have actually been impossible for me.
CPE Monitor is the NABP service where pharmacists and pharmacy technicians see the CPE credit providers have reported for them, at nabp.pharmacy. This page is about LecturePanda, software that submits those credits to CPE Monitor automatically for ACPE-accredited providers when a learner finishes an activity.
ACPE-accredited providers report to CPE Monitor either by uploading credits in the CPE Monitor provider tool or through software connected to the CPE Monitor web service. LecturePanda is the second kind: with your ACPE provider ID and CPE Monitor web service credentials on file, each completion submits automatically when the learner submits their credit, and every submission is stored with what was sent. See the ACPE setup guide.
LecturePanda sends each completion to NABP at the moment the learner submits their claimed credit, not in an overnight upload. Each submission carries the learner's NABP e-Profile ID and birth date (MMDD), the activity's UAN and the participation date. The Submitted ACPE Report on each course and each learner's View Completion History show exactly what was sent, and errors appear on the learner's completion step right away.
CPE Monitor can take up to 24 hours to show a credit that LecturePanda submitted, because NABP reconciles newly submitted credits in a daily batch. After a day, the learner should page through their whole CPE Monitor history, since the credit is often a page or two down. The provider can confirm it in the CPE Monitor administrative interface and in LecturePanda's View Completion History. See reporting and troubleshooting.
A UAN (Universal Activity Number) is the number an ACPE-accredited provider gets from ACPE for each activity; its final P or T designator marks it for pharmacists or pharmacy technicians. Entering a UAN on a LecturePanda credit pulls the title, contact hours, release and expiration dates, course setting, format and every live date from CPE Monitor, then fills in the live date that falls inside the module's start and end times. See UANs and live dates.
LecturePanda checks the NABP e-Profile ID and birth date against ACPE as the learner registers, and shows "Invalid e-Profile ID and Date of Birth Combination" when the pair doesn't match NABP's record. The usual cause is the birth date: CPE Monitor expects MMDD, four digits with no year. Otherwise the learner should confirm the e-Profile ID in their NABP account, since it is not their license number. See learner validation.
LecturePanda catches most wrong e-Profile IDs at registration, because the ID and birth date must match NABP's record before the learner can sign up, and NABP checks the pair again at submission and rejects a mismatch. A valid ID that belongs to someone else passes both checks, so that credit posts to the other person's profile. The learner's View Completion History shows the exact ID that was sent.
The CPE Monitor submission window is 60 days, counted per credit from that credit's own activity date rather than from when the learner finishes the whole program. LecturePanda reports each credit as the learner submits it, and a long program built with a module per session reports each session while its own window is open. A credit past the window needs a late-submission exception from ACPE, granted on appeal.
Yes. LecturePanda supports several ACPE accreditations on one account, each with its own provider ID, CPE Monitor credentials, signature and statements, and you pick the right one on each credit. That covers organizations that accredit under more than one entity and joint providership with a partner. A credit can also report to ACPE and CE Broker together from one learner submission.
LecturePanda reports a CPN (Certificate Program Number) through a second credit set to the Certificate activity type, which asks for the CPN. Setting that credit's dependency to Auto-Claim on its component UAN credit means both line items submit together when the learner submits their normal credit, with no second action from them. See conferences and certificate programs.
