We selected LecturePanda due to its ease of use, integration with our payment processor and membership platform, and automatic CE reporting. The validation of the participant’s license number has saved our administrator hours of work uploading spreadsheets and correcting errors. LecturePanda's “pay as you go” billing has made it the best value for us, giving us the flexibility to accommodate large events and home studies within our budget. Our learners appreciate being able to submit their CE and download a certificate of completion 24/7/365. LecturePanda’s customer service has been amazingly responsive and their continuous addition of new features demonstrates their commitment to providing a quality product.
LecturePanda is built for ACPE-accredited continuing pharmacy education providers and for organizations preparing an initial ACPE application. Associations, universities and health systems run paid and free courses on it. One account handles registration, live and home-study delivery, quizzes and evaluations, statements of credit and CPE Monitor reporting, with unlimited courses and unlimited administrators.
Yes. LecturePanda submits each completion to NABP's CPE Monitor when the learner submits their claimed credit, with no upload step. The submission carries the learner's NABP e-Profile ID and birth date, both validated against ACPE at registration, along with the activity's UAN and participation date. CPE Monitor posts new credits in a daily batch, so a credit can take up to 24 hours to appear. See CPE Monitor reporting.
Yes. LecturePanda sets each module of a course to Live, Home study or Mixed, and each credit carries its own ACPE course setting. Live activities use claim codes, door check-in, and Zoom or GoToMeeting registration sync and attendance tracking. Home-study activities use tracked video, xAPI modules, post-tests and evaluations that must be finished before the statement of credit is issued.
Yes. LecturePanda builds a pharmacy conference as one course with one credit per session, each with its own ACPE UAN, session times, claim code and evaluation. Attendees register once, select the sessions they attended, enter each session's claim code and get a statement of credit per session. Each session reports to CPE Monitor on its own, and a multi-day meeting can use a module per day. See the conference guide.
LecturePanda gives pharmacists and pharmacy technicians separate credits on the same course: one with the pharmacist (P) UAN, offered to the pharmacist registration type, and one with the technician (T) UAN, offered to the technician registration type. Each credit can carry its own hours, learning objectives, post-test and certificate template, so each learner sees and claims only their own credit, and each reports to CPE Monitor under its own UAN.
Yes. LecturePanda checks membership at registration and applies the member price automatically, using a connected AMS or CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Wild Apricot or GrowthZone, or an uploaded member email list. Pricing rules stack filters, so a member early-bird price for technicians is a single rule. See membership checking and pricing rules.
No. Pharmacists and technicians take LecturePanda courses without an account or password: registering sends a personal course link by email, and that link brings them back to the course. Learners who tick the optional account box at registration also get Learning History, which collects every course they have registered for and every certificate they have earned, across every organization using LecturePanda.
Yes. LecturePanda streams course videos from Vimeo or YouTube, so moving a home-study catalog starts with the videos there and a link pasted into each course. Quiz questions, choices, correct answers and feedback import from a plain-text format in one paste, and entering each activity's existing UAN fills in its credit from CPE Monitor. The migration guide covers the order of work and when to launch.
Yes. LecturePanda supports the ACPE Standards for Continuing Pharmacy Education with pre-tests for gap analysis, built-in audience polling, post-tests with feedback written per answer choice, evaluations summarized separately for pharmacists and technicians, and 3, 6 and 12-month follow-ups. The account-wide Question Fingerprint Report and Activity Report support a self-study. See all 11 standards mapped.
LecturePanda is priced as an annual subscription plus participants. The subscription covers the platform, with unlimited courses and administrators, and includes every integration and accreditation reporting, CPE Monitor among them. Participants are bought in batches into a shared bank, and each registration draws one. For a paid course, the participant cost usually rides inside the course price. See pricing.
