Using LecturePanda over the past year has almost eliminated manual work involved with uploading continuing education credits. It is simple enough for our team members to manage on their own, while giving us the flexibility we need through integrations. Even with all of that, the amazing hands-on customer support may be the best “feature” of all.
LecturePanda is a continuing education LMS for associations that connects to 15 AMS and CRM integrations: Neon CRM, Wild Apricot, MemberClicks Professional, MemberClicks Trade (MC Trade), YourMembership, GrowthZone (including MemberSuite), Joyn, Novi AMS, MembershipWorks, Naylor, Noah AMS, Membee, TCS Software (WebSuite2), HubSpot and Salesforce. Members are recognized at registration and the member price applies on its own. Each platform has its own page under Integrations.
Yes. LecturePanda checks each registrant against your connected AMS, and a pricing rule with Apply Price to Members charges the member rate to anyone it confirms, with no discount code to hand out. Rules can also carry early bird dates, registration types and discount codes, and the first rule that matches sets the price. Without an AMS, an uploaded email list of members works the same way. See Pricing Rules.
Yes. LecturePanda courses are open to non-members unless you restrict them: a member rule charges the member rate, and an unfiltered pricing rule at the bottom of the list charges everyone else your standard price. The Join Link on your AMS connection shows non-members a Join Us link during registration. For a members-only course, add the Membership rule under Registration › Security.
No. LecturePanda takes no percentage of registration fees. Members pay through your own payment processor (Stripe, Square, PayPal, AffiniPay, Authorize.Net, Neon Pay, Elavon, TouchNet, BluePay or Payscape), and the money goes straight into your merchant account. Your LecturePanda bill is a separate annual subscription plus participants. See Payment Processors.
Yes. LecturePanda runs on-demand video courses, live webinars and multi-session conferences from the same account. A conference is one course with a credit per session, each with its own claim code, evaluation and certificate, and barcode check-in at the door. Zoom and GoToMeeting connect for registration sync and attendance tracking. See Running a Live Event or Conference.
Yes. A free LecturePanda account gives each member a Learning History listing every course they have registered for, across every organization on LecturePanda, with the certificate for each credit earned and a receipt for anything they paid for. The account is optional, and the emailed course link always returns a member to where they left off. See Your Account & Learning History.
LecturePanda streams course videos from Vimeo or YouTube, so moving a catalog starts with your video host. Quiz questions import from plain text in one paste, with choices, correct answers and feedback. A good first target is three to five courses: finish one completely, walk it as a learner, then build the rest. See Moving Content Into LecturePanda.
LecturePanda reports completions to CE Broker for state licensing boards, to CPE Monitor for ACPE pharmacy CE, and to ACCME PARS for physician CME. A board with no data feed gets a scheduled spreadsheet in its own columns by email, Google Drive, SFTP or HTTP POST. One credit can report to more than one place, so a jointly accredited course is a single build.
LecturePanda is usually run by the education or meetings coordinator. Each admin gets their own login with full access or only the areas they need, such as courses, certificates or payment processors, and adding admins costs nothing, with no user limit. Read Only access suits an accreditor or auditor reviewing your records. See Admin Access & Permissions.
LecturePanda is priced as an annual subscription plus participants that cover registrations, so the bill follows how many people you teach, whether your courses are paid, free to members or a mix. Courses, admins, integrations and accreditation reporting are included in the subscription rather than sold as seats or modules. See pricing.
Member pricing, account matching and registrations synced to your Neon event.
For ACPE providers: UANs, e-Profile checks and CPE Monitor reporting.
An annual subscription plus participants. No per-admin seats.
