Since 2021, we have integrated Lecture Panda into our operations, greatly enhancing both our internal organization and the experience of our participants. LecturePanda stands out for its intuitive design, user-friendly interface, and comprehensive range of features. Among its many attributes, I particularly appreciate the simplicity and effectiveness of sharing specific landing pages with participants for credit claiming purposes. Whether through a hyperlink or QR code, participants ca easily access the login page, streamlining the process.
LecturePanda connects to TouchNet through TouchNet's hosted payment page, so registration fees for continuing education courses are collected on the university's existing TouchNet account. Elavon, Authorize.Net, Stripe, PayPal, Square and other processors connect from the same Organization Settings page, and payments go directly into the university's own processor account; LecturePanda never holds the funds and takes no cut. See payment processors.
Yes. A LecturePanda account can connect more than one payment processor, so a school of pharmacy and a nursing program can each collect into their own merchant account. The payment gateway is chosen on each pricing rule, so every course charges through the processor its department uses, and the Batch Updates tool repoints every existing pricing rule at a new gateway in one pass when a department changes processors.
Yes. Several departments can share one LecturePanda account, with each coordinator on their own login and permissions chosen per person. The levels run from Organization Administrator and Account Settings to Lecture Settings and Read Only, with narrower permissions such as Lecture Credits, Lecture Quizzes or Payment Processors to combine. There is no limit on admin users, and adding one doesn't change the bill. See admin access and permissions.
Yes. LecturePanda runs non-credit courses such as professional development, onboarding, compliance training and staff education the same way as accredited CE. The course gets a credit with Accreditation & Reporting left blank, and learners who finish it claim that credit and download a certificate of completion from your own template, with nothing reported to an accreditor. See non-CE courses.
Yes. One LecturePanda course can carry two credits: an accredited credit, such as ACPE or CE Broker, offered to the licensed registration types, and a completion credit with no accreditation offered to everyone else. Everyone takes the same material, each learner sees only the credit their registration type is offered, and each gets the matching certificate. Only the accredited credit reports to the accreditor.
Yes. LecturePanda covers department-paid seats with codes. A discount code on a pricing rule can set the price to $0 for anyone who enters it, and giving each department its own code, with a usage limit if seats are capped, shows how many seats each one used. Receipt codes are single-use codes for named people, recorded as paid with the receipt code as the payment method. See codes and free registration.
LecturePanda reports completions to ACPE's CPE Monitor for pharmacy, to ACCME's PARS for physician CME and to state licensing boards through CE Broker, each submitted when the learner submits their credit. A Spreadsheet Report sends a scheduled file to any board or accreditor that wants one, and a custom accreditation carries your own statement and seal. One credit can carry more than one accreditation, so a dual-accredited program is one course build.
LecturePanda's Spreadsheet Report sends the registrar a scheduled file of completions in the registrar's own columns, such as a student ID collected at registration, name, course, hours and completion date. The file goes out daily, weekly or monthly by email, to a Google Drive folder, to an SFTP server or by HTTP POST, and each completion is included exactly once. See spreadsheet reports.
Yes. LecturePanda runs live webinars, on-demand video courses and in-person sessions, and a course built from modules can mix them, each module with its own dates, venue or webinar. Zoom and GoToMeeting webinars sync registrations and track attendance, any other platform works with a meeting link, and in-person sessions use a barcode check-in that staff scan at the door. See live events.
LecturePanda is priced as an annual subscription plus participants, bought in batches into one shared bank that every course draws from as people register. Admin users are unlimited and cost nothing, and quizzes, certificates, video tracking, integrations and reporting are included rather than sold as separate tiers, so the bill moves with how many people take your training. See pricing.
For schools of pharmacy: UANs, e-Profile checks and CPE Monitor.
