Pricing

Pricing that moves with how many people you teach

Two things make up a LecturePanda bill: an annual subscription for the platform, and participants that cover registrations. Nothing else. Here is how each works, and who the model fits.

Part one

Annual subscription

A yearly fee for your account that covers the platform: unlimited courses, unlimited admins, every format, every integration, and support from the people who built it.

  • Renews on its own each year, so you can plan it like any other line item.

  • Add administrators and speakers as you need them. There is no per-seat charge.

  • Integrations and accreditation reporting are included, not modules.

Part two

Participants

Bought in batches into a shared bank. Each registration draws one, and so does each extra module a learner starts beyond their first. That is the only part of the bill that moves.

  • Top up when you need to, in the batch size that fits your program.

  • Larger batches cost less per participant.

  • For a paid course, the participant cost usually rides inside the course price, so learners cover it.

Pricing questions

Straight answers to what people ask on the first call.

What does LecturePanda cost?

LecturePanda costs two things: an annual subscription for the platform, and participants bought in batches to cover registrations. The subscription includes unlimited courses, unlimited admins, every format and every integration. Participants are the only part of the bill that moves, so the total follows how many people you teach. See How Billing Works.

Who does this model fit?

LecturePanda's pricing model fits continuing education programs of any size, whether they run paid courses, free member courses or a mix of both. The annual subscription covers the platform, and participants scale with how many people register. For a paid course, the participant cost can ride inside the course price, so learners cover it.

What counts as a participant?

A LecturePanda participant is drawn each time someone registers for a course, whether the registration is paid, member-priced, free or comped. On a course built from several modules, the first module a learner starts is included and each further module they start draws one more. Every course draws from one shared bank, so there is nothing to split between courses.

Can the participant bank top up automatically?

Yes. LecturePanda's Subscription & Billing page has a Low participant threshold that alerts you when the bank runs low, and Auto-refill, which buys a set quantity automatically when the bank drops below that threshold, using your saved payment method. You can also top up any time from Organization Settings › Invoices and pay by card.

Is there a per-admin, per-course or per-learner fee?

No. LecturePanda charges no per-admin, per-course or per-learner fee on top of participants. A participant is the per-registration unit, adding colleagues as admins costs nothing and has no user limit, and building ten courses costs the same as building one. Quizzes, certificates, video tracking and reporting are part of the subscription.

Are integrations or accreditation reporting extra?

No. LecturePanda includes AMS, payment processor, webinar and accreditor connections in the annual subscription. That covers member pricing from your AMS, Zoom and GoToMeeting, CE Broker, CPE Monitor and ACCME PARS reporting, and scheduled spreadsheet reports, none of them sold as add-on modules.

Do registration fees pass through LecturePanda?

No. Registration fees go directly from the learner's card to your own payment processor and on to your bank account, and LecturePanda takes no percentage of them. Your LecturePanda bill is separate: the annual subscription plus participants. See Registration Payments & Receipts.

How does the annual subscription renew?

The LecturePanda subscription renews on its own each year. With a saved payment method, your default card is charged and the invoice is emailed to you; without one, a renewal invoice arrives to pay from its link. A reminder goes out about 30 days before renewal, and auto-renewal can be switched off or on from the subscription card.

Can I see numbers?

Yes. LecturePanda pricing is shared on a short call, because it depends on your annual volume and a quote without that context is usually wrong in one direction or the other. Request a demo and we will walk through it with your numbers.

Is there a trial?

Yes. New LecturePanda accounts start on a trial, and you activate the paid subscription from Subscription & Billing in Organization Settings when you are ready; the page shows the annual price before you confirm. Some accounts run on Enterprise or Affiliate plans that we manage directly.
