Yes. LecturePanda integrates with Neon CRM for membership lookup, member pricing, account matching and registration sync to your Neon event, with optional Neon Pay checkout. Your team keeps working in Neon while learners register on LecturePanda. LecturePanda is listed in the Neon One partner directory.
LecturePanda checks Neon CRM membership by finding the registrant's Neon account by email and reading its memberships. A membership counts when today falls between its term start and end dates, and its membership level fills in the matching registration type on the form. A pricing rule with Apply Price to Members then charges the member rate, for every level or only the levels you pick.
No. Neon CRM members register with the same email address as their Neon account, and LecturePanda validates their membership on that match. Course access, certificates and history attach to that email. A free LecturePanda account is there for anyone who wants every course and certificate in one place, and it is optional for taking a course.
Yes. LecturePanda takes registration payments through Neon Pay once you add the Merchant ID and Public Key from Neon Pay support to your NeonCRM connection, alongside the Org ID and API key. Neon Pay is optional: you can use Neon CRM for membership only and charge through Stripe, Square, AffiniPay or another connected processor. See the Neon guide.
Yes. LecturePanda writes each registration to the Neon CRM event named on the pricing rule it matched, with the attendee's name and email, the Neon ticket you picked and the amount paid. The event and optional ticket are chosen on the pricing rule, and the Send Neon Acknowledgment Emails setting decides whether Neon also sends its own acknowledgment email.
LecturePanda finds the non-member's Neon CRM account by email, or creates a new individual account in Neon if there isn't one, so every registrant on a Neon-linked pricing rule has a Neon record. Non-members pay the price on your unfiltered pricing rule, and the Join Link on the connection points them to your membership page.
LecturePanda sends completions to Neon CRM through Zapier: the Course Completed trigger maps completion data to the Neon fields you choose. Every completion, credit and certificate is also recorded in LecturePanda's reports and in the member's Learning History. See Zapier and the Neon guide.
Neon CRM tickets are optional for LecturePanda. A Neon event needs only a name, start and end dates and a financial setting. Add ticket prices when you want Neon reports by pricing option, then pick the related Neon ticket on each LecturePanda pricing rule so the registration lands with that ticket attached.
LecturePanda uses the Neon CRM v2 API with an API key from a dedicated Neon user, plus your Org ID from Settings › Organization Profile. Create the API user under Settings › User Management, ideally a generic account that never needs deactivating, and set up multi-factor authentication on it so Neon keeps it active. Nothing needs installing on the Neon side.
LecturePanda's Neon CRM integration is for associations, societies and nonprofits that run membership in Neon and price or limit continuing education by member status. Members get the member rate without a code, registrations land in Neon events for your membership and finance teams, and the CE program runs in LecturePanda with certificates and accreditation reporting.

Payment processors, webinar tools, accreditors and fourteen more AMS and CRM integrations.
