Wild Apricot confirms who is a member, the pricing rule sets the price, and the processor collects the fee straight into your own merchant account, with no percentage taken by LecturePanda.

LecturePanda records every completion, CE credit and certificate in its reports and in each learner's Learning History, where certificates stay downloadable. LecturePanda keeps a copy of your Wild Apricot member list and refreshes it from Wild Apricot automatically, so new members, renewals and lapses are picked up without uploading anything. A contact gets the member price when their membership is enabled, their status is Active and their renewal date has not passed.
