The renewal rush

When Every Licensee Finishes in the Same Two Weeks

Real estate associates, contractors and cosmetologists all leave their hours to the end. Then the reporting lands on your desk at once.

  • Attendees typed into the portal one at a timeCourse after course, while new completions keep coming in.
  • License numbers copied off sign-in sheetsAnd the calls when hours don't show up on a licensee's record.
  • One person who knows how the upload worksEveryone else hopes they don't get sick in renewal month.
What LecturePanda takes over

Your Attendance File, Built While You Teach

License Numbers from Registration

Licensees enter their own license number when they sign up, so nobody transcribes a sign-in sheet.

Set Up in Minutes

Start from a board's format, pick Florida DBPR, enter your provider details once and choose your license number question.

Course Numbers Typed Once

DBPR's course number goes on the credit, and every licensee who completes it is filed under it.

On Your Schedule

Daily in renewal season, weekly the rest of the year, emailed to whoever uploads.

Every Licensee Once

Each completion goes into exactly one file. Nobody doubled, nobody missed.

Every File on Record

A preview before each send, and Send History with a download and Resend for a year after.

Questions from Florida Education Providers

How long does setup take?

One short sitting. Choose "Start from a board's format" in a Spreadsheet Report and pick Florida DBPR, enter your provider details once, choose the registration question that holds the license number, or let LecturePanda create it, and add DBPR's course number to each credit. We're glad to set it up with you on a call using one of your own courses.

What do we need to have ready?

Your DBPR provider details and each course's DBPR course number. LecturePanda builds the file in DBPR's format, ready to drop into Load External Files.

What if a licensee enters the wrong license number?

Licensees enter their own number when they register, so the person who knows it is the one typing it. The preview shows the next file's rows before it goes, and Send History keeps every file, with its rows, so a correction starts from the exact file you sent.

Does it work for free association classes and in-house training?

Yes. A REALTOR association's member class, a contractor association's free seminar and a school's paid course all report the same way, and Spreadsheet Reports are part of the LecturePanda subscription. Pricing is an annual subscription plus participants; see pricing.

Can we still change the schedule or recipients?

Yes. Once it's set up, the DBPR report is an ordinary Spreadsheet Report: send daily during renewal season, weekly the rest of the year, and add or change recipients whenever you need to. The preview shows the next file before it goes.
