Questions from Virginia Real Estate Schools

How long does setup take?

One short sitting. Pick Virginia DPOR Real Estate under "Start from a board's format", enter your school code and the SFTP login DPOR issued you, choose your license number question, and add the class code to each credit. We're glad to walk through it with you on a call.

What happens when an agent's license number is wrong?

The license number question checks the entry as the agent registers, so a typo is fixed on the spot by the person who knows the number. The report's preview shows the next file's rows before it goes, and Send History keeps every file DPOR received, with its rows, for a year.

Do we have to collect Social Security numbers?

No. LecturePanda reports your agents by license number and name, and your registration form never asks for an SSN.

Does it work for a brokerage's free in-house classes?

Yes. A brokerage training its own agents, a REALTOR association's member class and a school's paid course all report the same way, and Spreadsheet Reports are part of the LecturePanda subscription. Pricing is an annual subscription plus participants; see pricing.

Can we still see or change what goes to DPOR?

Yes. Add your own email as a second destination and you get a copy of every file DPOR gets. Download any past file from Send History, resend it, or change the schedule whenever you like. Send a test proves the connection before the first real send.

Is the SFTP connection secure?

Yes. LecturePanda pins DPOR's server key, connects from a fixed address and uploads each file under a temporary name until it's complete. Your SFTP password is stored separately and never shown again.
