LecturePanda runs continuing education for associations whose members keep a license or certification current, such as architects and planners, engineers, attorneys, educators, licensed trades and credentialed specialists. It handles registration with member pricing from your AMS, conferences, webinars and on-demand courses, a credit for each body your members report to, certificates from your own templates and completion records for each credit body.
Yes. A LecturePanda course or session can carry several credits, each offered to the members it applies to: AIA learning units to architects, AICP certification maintenance credits to planners, professional development hours to landscape architects or engineers, and a certificate of attendance to everyone else. Each learner claims the credit for their profession and gets that credit's certificate.
LecturePanda keeps every credit issued, with member, license or member number, hours and date, in its Credit Reporting History for export. A Spreadsheet Report sends those records on a schedule in the columns a credit body or board asks for, as CSV or Excel, by email, to a Google Drive folder, to an SFTP server or by HTTP POST. The AIA CES and IDCEC attendance files are ready to pick under "Start from a board's format", member and IDCEC numbers collected at registration. Bar associations pick the Illinois MCLE Board (PCAM), Oregon State Bar, Maine CLE or Nebraska MCLE format the same way, bar and ARDC numbers collected at registration. For licensed architects, engineers, electricians, plumbers and appraisers in states that use CE Broker, credit is reported to CE Broker automatically when the learner claims. See spreadsheet reports.
LecturePanda checks membership at registration in Neon CRM, Wild Apricot, MemberClicks Professional, MemberClicks Trade, YourMembership, GrowthZone, Salesforce, HubSpot, Novi AMS, MembershipWorks, Naylor, Noah AMS, Joyn, TCS Software and Membee. A pricing rule charges members their rate, and non-members see a link to join while they register. See AMS integrations.
Yes. A LecturePanda course built from modules sells a series, a bundle of hours or a certificate program as one registration, with each module's own materials, credits and quiz. Modules can be required in order, and members can work through them at their own pace. See structuring a course.
LecturePanda keeps the learner side short: members register with their email, set no password, and reach their course from the link in every email, which returns them to where they left off. Their Learning History holds every course and certificate, and the help widget on each page sends questions straight to your team.
Yes. LecturePanda runs in-person conferences, tours and workshops with a barcode in each attendee's email that staff scan at the door, Zoom and GoToMeeting webinars with attendance sync, and on-demand courses with video tracking, all from one account. A conference is one course with a module per session, so attendees claim credit only for the sessions they attended. See live events.
Yes. With video tracking required on a LecturePanda credit, the credit opens only after the recording has been watched, and a post-test with a passing grade can follow it before the certificate is issued.
LecturePanda is priced as an annual subscription plus participants, bought in batches into one shared bank that every course draws from as members register, whether the course is paid, member-priced or free. Admin users are unlimited, and AMS integrations, reporting and certificates are included. See pricing.
