How long does setup take?

One short sitting. Pick Vertafore Sircon under "Start from a board's format", enter your state and Provider Org ID, choose your NPN question or let LecturePanda create it, and add the Sircon course ID to each credit. We're glad to do it with you on a call using one of your own courses.

What if a producer types their NPN wrong?

The NPN question checks the entry as the producer registers, so a stray letter or symbol is fixed on the spot by the person who knows their number. The preview shows the next file's rows before it goes, and Send History keeps every file, with its rows, for a year.

We report the same course in several states. Does that work?

Yes. Set up a report for each state, give the course a credit for each state's producers, and attach that state's report to it. Each report sends its own file, so every state gets its own producers, each reported once.

Does it work for carrier and agency training that's free to producers?

Yes. A carrier, agency or association teaching its own producers reports the same way as a school selling to the public, and Spreadsheet Reports are part of the LecturePanda subscription; see pricing.

Can we still change the file?

Yes. Once it's set up, the Sircon report is an ordinary Spreadsheet Report: change the schedule, the recipients or a column whenever you need to. Send a test shows you the result first.
