I have worked with LecturePanda for a few years, and I can honestly say I their customer service is second to none. They have handled every question I have posed with exceptional speed, transparency, and an open mind. I always feel like my suggestions are thoughtfully considered and their solutions-driven approach has gotten us through several sticky situations. Adding them to our continuing education process has condensed our manual workload and reduced the processing time for participants dramatically. I would gladly suggest to others to work with LecturePanda for their continuing education needs.
Hospitals and health systems use LecturePanda to run CE for their own staff: grand rounds, webinars and on-demand courses that are free to employees and limited to them. Each session can carry nursing, physician, pharmacy and interprofessional credit, staff download certificates from their Learning History, and the education team gets the credit, evaluation and attendance records an accreditation audit asks for.
Yes. A LecturePanda course can have a $0 price for staff, so employees register without a payment step. Your organization pays LecturePanda's annual subscription plus participants, drawn as staff register, and nothing is charged to the employee. A course open to outside attendees can still charge them through your payment processor while staff register free. See pricing.
Yes. LecturePanda's Email domains rule, under Registration › Security on each course, accepts only registrations from the email domains you list, such as your health system's. An Email Domain or Email List under Organization Settings › Membership Checking does the same across many courses, from a list of domains or of individual employee emails. See registration security.
Yes. A LecturePanda session can carry several credits, each offered to the professions it applies to: nursing contact hours to registered nurses, AMA PRA Category 1 Credit to physicians and APPs, ACPE contact hours to pharmacists, and an IPCE credit to everyone. Each learner sees only the credit for their role at the claim step, and each gets the matching certificate.
Yes. A jointly accredited provider builds an activity once and offers each profession its credit. Physician credit reports to ACCME PARS, pharmacy credit to CPE Monitor and state-board credit through CE Broker when the learner claims, and a custom accreditation carries your Joint Accreditation statement, seal and credit label onto certificates. One credit can carry more than one accreditation. See custom accreditation.
Build the series as one LecturePanda course with a module for each session, each with its own date, room, webinar link, credits and evaluation. Each module sends its own day-before and starting-soon emails, so staff who register once are reminded before every session. A single class repeated on several dates works better as a separate course per date, duplicated from the first. See live events.
LecturePanda verifies live attendance with claim codes on each credit: a single code read out during the session, or two codes released at the start and the end when your accreditor wants proof of full attendance. For in-person sessions, a barcode in each attendee's email is scanned at the door, and Zoom and GoToMeeting webinars sync attendance.
Yes. A recordings module on the same course gives registered staff the session on demand, with its own credit verified by video tracking instead of a claim code. For a new on-demand audience, duplicate the course and offer the recording as its own home-study activity.
LecturePanda's Credit Reporting History exports every credit issued with dates and learner details, filtered by date range. Each session's evaluation exports as a formatted summary to share with presenters, the Submitted ACPE Report shows what was sent to CPE Monitor and what came back, and every staff member's certificates stay downloadable from their Learning History. See reports.
Yes. A LecturePanda Spreadsheet Report sends completions on a schedule in the columns the recipient asks for, such as the employee ID and department collected at registration, name, course, credit and hours. It goes out daily, weekly or monthly by email, to a Google Drive folder, to an SFTP server or by HTTP POST, and each completion is sent exactly once. See spreadsheet reports.
Yes. LecturePanda runs onboarding, competencies and annual training the same way as accredited CE, with a credit that reports nowhere and a certificate of completion from your own template. One course can also give accredited credit to licensed staff and a completion certificate to everyone else. See non-CE courses.
LecturePanda is priced as an annual subscription plus participants, bought in batches into one shared bank that every course draws from as staff register. Admin users are unlimited and cost nothing, so every department's educator can have a login, and integrations, accreditor reporting and certificates are included. See pricing.
For hospital pharmacy departments: UANs, e-Profile checks and CPE Monitor.
CME completions submitted to PARS when learners claim.
Completions in any recipient's columns, on a schedule.
