For insurance CE providers in SBS states

SBS Course Rosters That Are Ready Before You Are

Producers give their NPN when they register, checked as they type it. LecturePanda lines every completion up in SBS's course roster file, each course and date with its own count, ready to upload on the schedule you set.

Roster day, every week

Every Class Ends With a Roster to File

Producers finish on their own schedule, and every finished course is another roster due to the state. Building them by hand never stops.

  • NPNs copied off sign-in sheetsAnd the calls when a producer's hours don't show up on their record.
  • A roster per course and dateEach one entered, counted and checked before it can go.
  • Deadlines that keep comingA busy week of classes still has to be filed within days.

What LecturePanda takes over

Your Roster File, Built While You Teach

NPNs Checked on the Form

A mistyped NPN is caught while the producer is still registering, by the person who knows the number.

Course Numbers Typed Once

The state's SBS course number goes on the credit once, and every producer who completes it is filed under it.

Every Course in One Upload

Each course and completion date gets its own roster and count, all lined up in a single file.

On Your Schedule

Weekly, or daily when you're busy, emailed to whoever uploads, well inside your state's deadline.

Producers Reported by NPN

Every producer is filed under their NPN and last name, so your form never needs a Social Security number.

Every File on Record

A preview before each send, and Send History with a download and Resend for a year after.

For carriers, agencies, associations and schools

Carrier Training, Association Seminars and Online CE, on One Platform

Whether you train the agents who sell your products or run a full catalog of online CE, the roster file comes out of everything else you already run.

Questions from Insurance CE Providers

How long does setup take?

One short sitting. Choose "Start from a board's format" in a Spreadsheet Report and pick NAIC State Based Systems (SBS), enter your state and SBS provider ID, choose your NPN question or let LecturePanda create it, and add the SBS course number to each credit. We're glad to set it up with you on a call using one of your own courses.

What do we need to have ready?

Your SBS provider ID for the state and each course's SBS course number. LecturePanda takes care of the roster layout, the counts, the dates and the schedule.

What if a producer types their NPN wrong?

The NPN question checks the entry as the producer registers, so a stray letter or an extra digit is fixed on the spot by the person who knows their number. The preview shows the next file's rows before it goes, and Send History keeps every file, with its rows, for a year.

We teach in several SBS states. Does that work?

Yes. Set up a report for each state with that state's provider ID, give the course a credit for each state's producers with that state's course number, and attach the state's report to it. Each state gets its own roster file, every producer reported once.

Does it work for carrier and agency training that's free to producers?

Yes. A carrier, agency or association teaching its own producers reports the same way as a school selling to the public, and Spreadsheet Reports are part of the LecturePanda subscription; see pricing.

Can we still change the file?

Yes. Once it's set up, the SBS report is an ordinary Spreadsheet Report: send daily in a busy month, add a recipient or adjust a column whenever you need to. Send a test shows you the result first.
